Informativa sui rimborsi

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gpryu@humanwellness.kr. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within maximum 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within a day. Please allow SKYNET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS GMBH up to 24 Hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Do not attempt to file a claim with the carrier yourself. We will file a claim on your behalf. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 14 days of receipt.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and is your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.

Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc. before consulting with us. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer shipping services to the US. Shipping is available only for selected countries, namely Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. We plan to expand our shipping services in the near future and will make an announcement accordingly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Return Policy

If you have any issues and/or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Refund or replacement requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You will either be honored with a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. All sale items (outside of promotions) are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Unless otherwise noted, HW is neither affiliated with, nor sponsored or endorsed by, any specific product, service, methodology or person. The owners of any third party trademark or copyright appearing on the Website are not sponsors of HW or the Website and have not endorsed and are not affiliated with HW or the Website, and HW is not a sponsor and does not endorse any such third parties, unless otherwise noted.

14. NO AGENCY.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created between you and HW by this Agreement.

15. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE.

By visiting the Website or otherwise making a purchase from the Website, you and HW agree that, if there is any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Website, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice shall be sent: (1) to HW at: 11th FL, 15 Teheran-ro 98-gil, Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea 06181, or (2) to you at: your address in your online profile.

Both you and HW agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HW is not required to provide notice under this section if you are a Visitor who has not provided HW with your address, or if you are a Registrant who has provided HW with an inaccurate address or failed to keep your address current.

If any dispute cannot be resolved by the above dispute resolution procedure, you agree that such dispute will solely and exclusively be decided by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Waiver of jury trial and no class action: on an individual basis means that you will not have, and you waive, the right for a judge or jury to decide your claims, and that you may not proceed in a class, consolidated, or representative capacity.

Other rights that you and we would have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights. All such Disputes shall be exclusively submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the San Francisco, CA, USA area, UK, EU before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute arising under or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this Agreement, including any claim that all or any part of this Agreement is void or voidable.

OPT-OUT OF AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE: YOU CAN DECLINE THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE by emailing HW at cs@humanwellness.kr and providing the requested information as follows: (1) your name; (2) your address; (3) your phone number; (4) the URL of Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes; and (5) your clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration provision in the Agreement. This Opt-Out Notice must be emailed no later than 30 days after the date you first accept this Agreement by using the Website.

FORUM SELECTION: For any action where the Arbitration Agreement above permits the parties to litigate in court, you further expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Francisco, CA, USA area, UK or EU.

CHOICE OF LAW: To the extent not preempted by or inconsistent with federal law, the laws of the State of California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom (wherever applicable) will govern this Agreement and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. ASSIGNMENT.

You shall not resell or assign your rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement, and any attempted assignment or delegation will be void and of no force or effect whatsoever. This Agreement may be automatically assigned by HW , in our sole discretion, to a third party, and such an assignment will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns and/or licensees. Without limiting the foregoing, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your personal information, with any parent company, subsidiary, joint venture, and a company under our common control, as well as with a potential acquirer, lender, or investor, including in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. In each such event, the PII we have collected from you may be one of the assets transferred.

17. NO WAIVER.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to a subsequent or similar breach or breaches. If HW does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in this Agreement (or which HW has the benefit of under any applicable law or regulation), such action or inaction shall not be taken to be a formal waiver of HW’s rights, and all such rights or remedies shall still be available to HW.

18. GENERAL.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Section headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. This Agreement and any ancillary terms and conditions referenced herein or included in the Website sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. The provisions of this Agreement shall survive suspension or cancellation of your account to the extent necessary to carry out the obligations of you and HW hereunder.
