We currently ship to Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. Unfortunately, shipping to the US is not available at this time. We are continuously working to expand our shipping options and will provide further updates in the future.

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.* To initiate a return for a purchase made through our website, please email us at cs@humanwellness.kr with your order number in the subject line, specify the product(s) you are requesting a refund or replacement for, attach photo(s) of the product(s) including the Lot ID (usually located on the bottom or side of the product), and provide the reason for the refund/replacement in the body of the email. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories, if any. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for buyer's remorse returns, such as when the item was ordered by mistake, disliked the taste, or changed your mind. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is due to our error or a defective product. All returned items are inspected, and refunds are issued based on the condition of the item. Partial refunds may be provided for opened or used products. *Note: This return policy applies only to purchases made through our website. If you purchased our product from a different retailer, please refer to their return policy.
